Re: Capacity ban coming?
Agreed , long standing belief that the fights in other states against Liberty and Freedom are EVERYONE's fight .....
You often hear the phrase "F- Them" , and that's all well and good until you realize these states do elect politicians who then become a problem for others across the nation.
The left does not have this problem , they ban together across all lines ... even state lines ...... "Us" , not so much.

Re: Capacity ban coming?
The NRA has maybe 6 million members spread across 50 states. They have maybe 400-500 employees, to cover all 50 states, all range safety programs, all lobbying, all education programs. They have the funding to handle a couple of lawsuits at a time.
There are 12 million people in Pennsylvania. A million LTCF's.
Why exactly is it the obligation of a bunch of guys in an office building outside DC to fix what gun owners in Pennsylvania failed to do in Pennsylvania?
YOU did this.
All you gun owners who stayed home on election day, who spent their time badmouthing the Republicans and let the Democrats win because "I'm pure so I'm voting my principles and never compromising", it's YOUR fault. When you refuse to compromise and you demand "my version of perfection or I won't play", then you get shoved to the side and Democrats win. Worse, your constant bitching infects others, and they stay home too, or they vote for some 3rd party loser and their vote is irrelevant, because you guys "sent a message" while the adults were "picking the next rulers" (make no mistake, when you elect a Democrat, you're electing a "ruler", not hiring a "public servant".)
Gun owners usually have a manly "I'll fix it myself" attitude. We mostly have tools way more than the "single girl in her first apartment" kit. We know how to change our own oil and change a tire, and probably know what "top dead center" means. We don't necessarily call the cops when we hear glass breaking downstairs, we don't go unarmed into the world and whine if the police don't make us safe.
So why would a real gun owner shirk his obligations to fix his own state and blame the NRA?Attorney Phil Kline, AKA gunlawyer001@gmail.com
