Default Anyone have a Charles Daly?

I bought the Charles Daly Maxi-Mag 3 1/2 last year specifically for waterfowl hunting. Everytime i discharge a shell and go to put the next one in the chamber it jams up only with 3 1/2" shells. I've missed plenty of ducks because of this. Has anyone had a problem like this before with any shotgun?

Go to www.charlesdaly.com they have a forum that the President of Charles Daly is on and can answer your questions.

Also, if you sent in the warranty card your shotgun is covered under a lifetime warranty. Call their Customer Service (toll free) at 866-DalySvc, M-F, 8:00AM to 4:30PM. They will issue a call tag for the gun to be picked up, repaired and returned at no cost to you.

BTW, Charles Daly is located in Harrisburg.

Also, the disclaimer, I am not affiliated with CD, I recently helped a friend who owns one but doesn't have a computer get his fixed by them.

My uncle had the same problem with the same gun. He got the run around from the company too. I'd sell it and start over. Look into an upgrade. Go the benelli route, they are worth it.
