Used G30?

Just looked through the sunday classifieds and saw a G30,$500.00.two months old 4 mags,trijicon nite sites.What do you think?

Might just be me, but 500 seems a touch high for a used glock. If you shop around, you can get a brandy damn new one for only a few dollars more.

yeah, but night sights add 80-100 to any price, although I have found it is hard to get that $$$ back out on resell.

In two months someone may have never shot it, or put a couple thousand rounds through it. If it's never been shot or only had a box or two through it, and the night sights are worth it to you (i.e., something you're willing to pay about $50 extra for, I'd say it's a good deal. Talk them down to $450 and it's a great deal.

As much as I hate Glocks, they are good guns and one place I have always found has good prices on used ones is Gander Mtn. They always have some nice good condition Glocks on same for good prices I found a used Glock 26 there one day for 325.99 with 2 mags. I would give them a look, also they have a listing of all used guns company wide have them look up block 30's and they can get them from any store in any state, so if the store you go to dosent have one they can deff. get one in for you.

$500 wouldn't be worth it to me. I had purchased my G30 for $530 new. Maybe if the deal was for $450 or lower I'd think about it.

Even with the trijicon sights? I realize there's only value in them if you want them, but those being part of the package would at least make me think about $500 if they were an option I wanted.

I'd go the $450 route, It's not that good of a deal for $500 that you wouldn't be able to find the same deal elsewhere. Since all Glock's come with 2 mags, Your'e only getting 2 spares that adds about another $40-$50 to the deal.

Down here in South West FLORIDA,out the door,new stock G30 out the door is about $575.I've already got a 30 but what the heck,I like .45's.
