versalite shotgun wads
question for all,I have just came across a large box with about 500 vesalite (red) shotgun wads 12 gauge...i know they where once made by pacific...i was wondering if anyone knew what kind of todays wads they are compatable too...would shure hate to waste them ...i think they are the same as WW12's but not sure any help would be gratful also anyone have any recipes for loads with these wads 1 1/8 oz. fields....i will try to get the numbers of the wads and post later.....more info on wads...verelite pvs-r1-red marked 12ga. pacific..also verelite pvs-b-3 blue 12ga. pacific with a smaller shotcup than the red ones...thanks buckmark......kilroy

If you have the DRV 12 ( red) wads...then you have their "do-all" 1 1/8 oz wad.
Those wads work well in Remington STS/Nitro, Winchester AA, Federal Gold Medal and Fed. Paper.
Most loads are around 1150 - 1225 FPS.
Give us the numbers off the bag to be sure. They make at least 3 red 12 gauge wads that I know of.
