Default Radical Firearms goes after reviewer

    https://primaryandsecondary.com/candid-and-unbiased/

I was notified today the sales manager for Radical Firearms visited our staff member’s place of employment to complain about the review which P&S was conducting.

After he was called into the office of his boss, our staff member will no longer conduct the review. He decided he would stop. He will no longer have anything to do with Radical Firearms.
That's weapons-grade bullshit. Fuck them, I hope they go under.

RF is cheap shit stuff, you get what you pay for. I follow the .458socom and Radical Firearms .458socom uppers and parts are the most problematic .458s out there. Granted they sell a lot of them because they are cheap but like I said you get what you pay for.

Sounds like Radical makes up "special" rifles for reviewers and the regular customer gets the normal crap they sell. Great company. Funny thing is several reviewers had problems with their rifles too.

That was a whole lot of talk about nothing.

I've read that quote, and that article about 5 times and I cannot figure out what they are trying to say.

I think, this p&s place has someone that "works" for them who also works a real job.
This person independent of this p&s place decided to do a review of a RA rifle.
The rifle had problems according to either p&s or their part time employee.
Then RA sent an employee of theirs to this other guys real job to ream him out where it seems he turned into a pussy and decided his review wasn't worth publishing.

    Whew...

That all said, I have done up three rifles and two pistols on RA uppers with no problems as of yet...

This is the same line of reasoning that goes with customer online reviews of restaurants and hotels. If they see some pissed off customer spouting on the internets that shows a shitty experience, they sue the reviewer for defamation even if the review is accurate. Businesses, especially large ones, have deeper pockets and lawyers on retainer to litigate the disgusted customer into silence. All it takes is the threat of a lawsuit for libel and the poor average bastard has to clam up or put up.
Farewell 1st amendment I knew and loved thee well.
The legal system has killed thee off with frivolous lawsuits.

Yeah, I don't know what made it so terribly difficult to understand, either. That's a good summation there, as well.
