This is a new Tactical Assault Gear plate carrier. It comes with a two pocket double m4 mag pouch (holds a total of 4 mags). I can't remember who made the mag pouch but it is new also. The carrier is adjustable to fit just about anyone. It will hold up to large plates and has side pockets for plates.
