That extra hole by the trigger that's riveted... That's a full auto capable receiver.

Nah, but the one board under the receiver does have some rot and should be replaced.

If the sear pin is the answer you were looking for.... two things to consider.

    1) It is still legal to manufacture full auto rifles. Just has to be by SOT paid manufacturer and can not be transfered to "civilians"
    IOW: Dealer sample, etc

    2) Might be a welded or glued on pin head to the exterior of the rcvr to give the "authentic look" (As with the phoney M14 connectors)

    ETA:
    3) Could be photo-shopped

sjl is correct! (BTW...It's a picnic table, not a deck...LOL)

However, the above photo is a photoshopped version of my actual semiauto (2 pin) rifle! I made it for educational purposes on another forum! LOL

But seriously, if you spot an AK with the 3rd pin (2 pins above the mag release) run away! It's probably not legal!

ETA...Pa Patriot is also correct on all counts! LOL

Wow, I just edited my post to include that. If you look closely you can see it is a clone tool job
