Ahh, not that I'm an Anti by any means but can someone please show me where in Georgia it is legal to "OPEN CARRY?"

I have looked in the Ga crim Code and no where does it prohibit open carry but it doesn't say its legal either. Are we going to error on the side of, if its not addressed, its legal?

Also, Note in GA CCW, Peace officers or Military personnel are not required to have a CCW in Georgia to carry concealed...

check the law codes and see if it,s aginst the law or permitted by law to sit on your porch on Sunday afternoon . same thing . every thing is legal unless made illegal by statue
