Re: *NEW ADDRESS - NFA FORMS
I have a Template with their address that I give to my Local Neighborhood Class III Dealer.
It looks like I'll have to redo it.

Re: *NEW ADDRESS - NFA FORMS
The new address in Portland is just the money collectors. They get the packets, get the check, money order, or CC info and then forward the packets to the NFA examiners in WV.
The folks in WV look the form over to make sure there are no errors or omissions and then ship the fingerprints to the FBI for their investigation.
Once that's done, the FBI ships the results back to WV and the examiner finishes things up and either approves and sends out the tax stamp, or disapproves and sends the form back saying why it was disapproved.Ron USAF Ret E-8 FFL01/SOT3 NRA Benefactor Member

Re: *NEW ADDRESS - NFA FORMS
Hmm. I wonder... Is that because your local Class III dealer is anything like my own? (i.e. would be totally lost if it weren't for competent customers who actually know the law and ATF's latest bullshit policy changes better than they do)
Sadly, I've met a few like this.I am not a lawyer.
