Bloomsburg Gun Show Feb 16-17 2019

js is J&S Arms. Older guy with a youngerish looking wife.
This is probably my 2nd favorite show just cause I like it.
May try to find a nice Marlin 39... and I am going back for something I let slip away last Oct , but that is my secret
The last few times I been there I have noticed what I consider a lot of M1 Carbines scattered amongst the vendors ......if the prices agree with a person , it may not be a bad place to hunt a nice one of those.

I will check them out . I like this show as well, one of the best in my opinion.

Hey , do you know if they still have the Pennsdale gun show? It used to be for the VFD but last time I was there , I heard it may be the last because they were arguing over the borough building or something and I have not seen it listed since? That one was smaller than Blooms but it wasn't bad ............... maybe close to 200 tables?

Not seeing it listed anywhere either. I always liked pennsdale too. Small, but usually there were some good deals you could find there.

It's close to Hughsville PA and Muncy PA. Just to the east of Williamsport

Not seeing it listed anywhere either. I always liked pennsdale too. Small, but usually there were some good deals you could find there.

I was not directly involved in the conversation so some of this may be a little off ..... but the VFD was in the bottom floor and the town wanted to turn the top floor into offices for town workers , politicians , whoever. And if that happened they would lose the majority of the room for gun show vendors plus the town didn't want gun show booger pickers walking around , licking and touching their precious office supplies. .................................. I think there was even talk of the town paying money to or covering some of the bills for the VFD since they would no longer be able to raise money by having the gun show. What ever came of this if anything, I do not know.

Also one of the best shows to eat at, they usually have the animal shelter folks who do a really good job. Great Chili and soups.

OK,Eagle shows are really good,I will also try to find Mickey Rooney ? and Looking to adopt a Kitten so its a win win win for me and the wife ! TY

This is a pretty good show, a few non -gun vendors . I was not there last fall, but I made it to the last Feb. show. (Spring and a fall show).
