S333 Volleyfire

Another shot show interesting piece. A double barrel revolver in 22 magnum. Holds 8 rounds but will fire two rounds at once. Apparently they are marketing it as a edc gun. Recommend putting a 22 mag hollowpoint then a 22 mag birdshot so with one pull, each is fired. Unique trigger too. Definitely falls under the "interesting" or "neat" column

Wouldn't this be defined as a destructive device similar to the .22lr beehive for flare launchers? Or as a automatic weapon, since it's firing more than 1 round with a single trigger pull?

There's debate on the site for it. Some think the "double trigger" gets around that ? Not sure ????

At this point, clued-in firearm enthusiasts might be asking how the S333 doesn't run afoul of NFA machine-gun laws, which prohibit new-manufacture machine guns from being sold to civilians. After all, the ATF's definition of a machine gun is a firearm that "fires more than one round with each pull of the trigger," just like the S333. However, the ATF does make an exception for "volley guns" and allows the manufacture and sale of firearms that fire more than one round with each pull of the trigger, provided that those rounds are fired from separate barrels.

Is the grip corduroy, or velour?
