That is not photoshop . If you don't believe me contact Ruger yourself and ask them about LCRx model 5445. I asked Ruger about that Reddit post, this was their response:

"Yes we did produce a short run of the LCRX 9mm with a 3" barrel and the longer grip in 2018, it was model 5445."

for the record, i was wrong... Wau52 was right. I cant believe I missed out on one of these, WTH Ruger - bring it back and make one with 6rds not 5... I wouldnt need any other gun. (not true but it would be hard to separate me from it)

I agree, a six shot 9mm 3" LCRx would be hard to pass up. I encourage everyone interested to contact Ruger and urge them to put the 3" barrel 9mm LCRx back into production. Make sure you mention the model number, 5445, when contacting them.

LOL, I won an 500$ gift card to the gun store and bought a LCR 357 crimson trace model . Took it to the range once. Walked out to the counter and asked them what they would give me in trade for it. I have a Ruger alaskan 454, Super Redhawk in 480 Ruger Both hand loaded to their maxes. That little LCR is the most Violent recoil I ever felt in my hand and wrist. They gave me 450$ for it and I bought a M&P 2.0 Pro with the money.

Yeah, it's definitely not for the faint of heart. I don't mind it with 38's, but full house 357 is just plain painful after a few.
