Thats probably a fluke transfer.
Just got 3 back, all mailed in late May 2019 and approved the first week of April 2020

I wish things were going that fast, but i wouldn't count on it.

Form 1 e forms are a lot faster.
Form 4s are only paper so it takes them longer

227 and 230 days for approval, another month for them to get the stamp to the dealer.

Still waiting on one stamp more Silencer stamp from November. There was a couple people picking up stamps from the same shop that sent in paperwork around the same time as I did in November, so hopefully I won't be waiting too much longer, but it seems pretty random lately. Some Form 4s are taking 4 or 5 weeks, others several months.
