Wow! Prayers sent to Tredd and family.

Although I've never met him, he always seemed like an ok fella, and my kind of people.

Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery!

We should all chip in on a bouquet of machine guns to send to the hospital.

Just saw this myself, and I wish him and the family a speedy recovery. Though I only met him once, he certainly is a likeable guy!

Here is what Tredd just sent me:

I got out of the hospital on Tuesday after 13 days and went back today to get the last of the tubes removed from my arm. Doctors are very happy with the progress I have made. Looks like I will lose very little mobility, or strength, in my fingers and wrist, but I lost a lot of muscle mass on my elbow, so not sure how much mobility or strength I*m gonna have there. We really won*t know until the skin graft heals in about three weeks and I can start exercising my entire arm. I consider myself very lucky to even have an arm because it was touch and go for the first seven days due to the swelling from my arm being crushed, plus all the trauma to my elbow.
In America arms are free merchandise such that anyone who has the capital may make their houses into armories and their gardens into parks of artillery. - Ira Allen, 1796
