Default I think I'll go shooting this weekend

I just called the game commission and confirmed that the pistol range on 944 is open. I'm going to take out the new FN Herstal 9mm and put some rounds through her. I'll probably take my Taurus model 85 .38 as I have yet to shoot that. I called Danny's and can't justify $15/hr for range time.

I'm in the same boat, lucky me I have a friend who has a lot of land and I can shoot there. I plan to shoot my new Bersa Thunder 380 tomorrow morning.

Please tell me if I'm wrong, but from the looks of Dannys shop, I'd be scared to see that range.

Hello to the guys of the Cumberland area, I have a question about the game lands range on 944. my cousin and I want meet up in Carlisle so I can give him his new rifle SIG 556. is all of the range open? or will it be open at all? It's a three hour drive for both of us( I'm from Pittsburgh and he's from Annapolis, MD.) and I hate for the place to shut down. We plan on meeting up in about 2-3 weeks. A heads up on this would be great.

And it would be cool to meet any of you guys there. Just look for the SIG556

    Thanks, fullauto223

Hey fullauto223: as far as I know, the ranges should be open. The hours, IIRC, are 8 AM til dusk Mon-Sat and noon-dusk on Sun.

Not sure about the rifle ranges as I only go to the pistol range. I shoot at the 10 yard, but there was some others shooting at a longer range (50 yard?) right beside me. No roof.
