    Sent mine in!

Where the USPS delivers it to and when it gets there is anyone's guess!

Hopefully now that they have the system ironed out, things will go faster.

Got her home and checked her out. Tag says Remington Rand frame, GI replacement slide. Then it has a Colt barrel and a mecgar mag.

found a guy on cmp forum that has a nice national shaver magazine for my Remington Rand frame. My only hesitation is the G on the bottom plate is reversed from all others I've seen? It also almost looks like a faint G going the right way is stamped offset? It has the seamed, welded back so I think it's legit. Anyone know about these ?

'Flipped' base plates are not uncommon. They were marked while being blanked out of sheet steel and occasionally got assembled up-side down. This was wartime and it was a non-functional issue.
