Well, I tried to go to this one. Route 10 was closed shortly after I got on. I detoured several miles around, only to run into another closure about 5 miles further up the road. At that point I concluded that it was not meant to be and went back home. Anybody who goes, let me know how it was. I had no idea that Route 10 was that "fragile". It rained last night into this morning, but nothing unusual. I live near the MD border, so was headed north.

The heavy rains were localized, some got it, some didn't. We got steady downpours here almost all night but it must have quit by 0500 because the pond that forms in my front yard was already gone by the time I got up.
