    Looking at the link you provided I never realized how many states don't require any background checks on private sales

    Anyone care to speculate on the number of unlicensed carriers?

    What percentage of licensed carriers are men, 80% or more?

    Considering how quick and easy it is to get your LTCF around these parts, not too many unlicensed, I would guess.

    Wife and I both have LTCF, so put us in the 50/50 column.
