I kind if doubt they're college kids as most have gone home for the summer. More likely high school age juveniles pretending to be antifa getting some kind of thrill out of breaking stuff. There will probably some other cams that saw them or maybe a witness to point the cops in thier direction. They look white so they must pay for this crime.

They look younger than college age to me and I wouldn't be surprised if the publisher of those pictures became the perp for publicly disgracing those yutes. I would expect that there are enough pieces of that puzzle for someone to identify them.

You do know that college kids don't need to live near the college they go to, right? I do agree that they look younger though.

Those kids look way too young to be college aged and it would seem odd for any college kids to even engage in such dumb shit.

WEST CHESTER, Pennsylvania (WPVI) -- Police are making progress in identifying a group of teenagers who vandalized the West Chester Railroad last week.
The public information officer for West Chester's police department says four of the nine suspects were identified as 15-year-old boys.

The Combo car 28209 with stainless sides used to be my Dad's office at Paoli. After he left there it was used for training. It was a former New York Central combination car that was part sleeper part diner car. Doesn't appear to have been damaged from those kids.
