Sounds like some motherfuckers that haven't heard of the Constitution.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

These laws are unconstitutional. They supersede due process and with the non Hillary appointed Supreme Court it would be good to challenge them.

Yeah, but this act pretty much ignores the 5th and 6th.

'The respondent does not have the right to be heard or to notice that the law-enforcement officer has sought an order under this section.'

    Scary stuff.

The devil is in the details.

A due process based system to take guns from someone who is clearly a danger isn't a bad idea. What is DUE PROCESS is the key here. How is this going to be done? The article doesn't say the exact steps the new law entails. This worries me far more than the part about the person being affected not knowing when this could be enacted upon him/her.

What sucks is that people in Delaware may have just opened the door to another "good idea" that proves toxic in its practice. Just look at civil forfeiture laws and how they've proven to work in Pa.

Which at this moment IS NOT stopping these gun confiscation laws from being passed into law.

An armed march on the capital building should send a message.

Exactly how not having the ability to confront one's accusers constitute due process is beyond me.
