I shut up an anti gunner!

I was at a little gathering over at a buddys house today. I was carrying of course, and when I bent over to pick something up my gun showed. A friend of mine who is not a whole hearted anti gunner, but is one of those, you only need it if your in a real dangerous place kind of people. Said to me " dude do you really think you need to have a gun when it is just us here". Of course my responce was, No I don't think I am going to need it while I am here. However I did drive over here, and I did stop for a pack of smokes. I may have needed it there. Then followed up with the, better to have it and not need it, then need it and not have it comment. Of course I was told that I am nuts, and was called tackleberry.

Later on when we needed beer, and all of the places close to us where closed. We had to go to a place in the hood that was open. So me and the same guy who gave me grief earlier went for the beer. As soon as we hit the hood, he said thank god you have your gun on you. I replied, See you friggin idiot. You never know what situation your going to be in during the course of a day, and where and when you may need to have a gun on you! This is why I carry my gun with me no matter where I am headed. His responce was I guess now I see your point.


As we all know sometimes you just cant talk sence to the anti's, but it a great feeling when you get to prove your point to one of them!
