Pennsylvania & Oklahoma Sign Reciprocity

Now if only Pennsylvania wasn't "land locked" and we could legally carry outside the borders. I feel naked traveling over the Delaware River to visit family.

I've updated our reciprocity page.

DE is never going to happen unless and until PA institutes a training requirement.
