Default So the GF decided to OC today

    Wal-Mart, Lebanon, PA.

Boring. We did have a Asst Mgr, come up and offer to check us out while waiting in line, but nothing was said about either her or mine.

She downloaded and filled out her LTCF application this afternoon for Lebanon County. She hates the fact she has to let me hold her XD45c while we are driving anywhere . . . LOL

What is the legality with having a passenger with a LTCF hold your firearm for you while you drive?

I was going to ask the same thing. As I understand it you can legally OC anywhere you go on FOOT. But if you drive somewhere the person with the LTCF can hold it but the person without the ltcf still can't carry when they get there unless they were on thier way to a range, gunsmith or home. In other words going to the mall would be a no no.
    Is this correct?
