    Default Grice Gun Shop

I've been to Grice Gun Shop in Clearfield a bunch of times. They've got a huge firearm inventory, perhaps the biggest I've seen. I have yet to buy a gun from them though as Im not sure if their prices are the best. I would think a big place like them might jack up the prices a bit.

Is it a more appealing gun shop?

Then why waste your time going back again?

I got what I thought was a good deal last year on a ruger lc9 from Grice. You can check out websites like www.gunwatcher.com to get an idea what the prices are on some of the guns you are looking for.

My opinion is that they're just like most other shops. Some things are a good price, some are too high, some deals to be found. It's certainly hard to beat the selection and amount of inventory.

I'd recommend getting a membership to Gunbroker. I think it was $1 so that you can sort search results by completed auctions, which means you can see the going price range online. Remember to figure in shipping and transfer fees, plus the value of having a local shop with open doors. If the shop price is reasonably close to Gunbroker prices, I'm going to make the local purchase. I'm also fortunate that my local shop has good prices and even gives good values on trades. I have yet to buy anything off of GB but I do look there for values as you described. However, I never game them any money for that.

Depends on how you sign up, if you use a free email service they charge you a dollar to prevent bots and whatnot
