Form 4 signature in montco

I'm interested in buying a suppressor and was wondering if anybody can tell me if the Montgomery County sheriff will sign my forms.

Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

montco Sheriff will NOT sign ANY forms for NFA weapons.

if your Chief wont sign, the Sheriff definitely wont, so your choices then go to a Judge, a DA, or going Corporate, or LLC, or trust.

Your info says that you're in Southampton, Bucks county as of February 2008; did you move? Because getting signatures in Bucks is fairly straightforward if you're an honest taxpayer.

Yea I moved i now live in Limerick but hope to be living in bucks again very soon.

You can always go the trust or corp route...then no matter where you live in PA, you won't have a problem.
