The Fed Gov is far too busy handling important business (not entrusted to it by the Constitution), like cakes & flowers, to be concerned with the duties it is specifically assigned by the Constitution, like borders and individual Rights to Keep & Bear Arms...

Ive bought rifles in 5 different states other than my state of residence.
So, to this judge I can buy an "AK47" in Wyoming, but I couldnt buy a revolver in the same state is ridiculous.

Well that’s too bad. I have been following this one and had some high hopes.

    I hope they appeal.

I'm confused. Well, everyone knows that. But, the learned judges ruled that I cannot purchase a handgun in (say) Arizona at an Arizona dealer who is an FFL,
but the SAA clone I bought via internet from Arizona Gun Runners and had shipped to an FFL here in PA is (I assume) still OK? WTF???

Me thinks the learned judges are operating on a 1960s level of communications and are out of the loop and should not have so much power in an arena the can't even find their way through. Farkin Iceholes.

often have additional regulatory pitfalls in many states
They must be referring to the part where I don't need a f-cking pistol permit to purchase a weapon.
