Mine needs renewed soon as well.
I have spoken with the new sheriff in recent times and we didn't speak directly about LTCFs but I think things will be better on the 2A front.

So Im back with an update. Its still an up to 45 day wait depending on your references answering the phone. They mail an approval letter and you take that in to pickup the new card.
