c&r license application, #15

#15 on the c&R license is the certification allowing the ATF to check my records and make sure I am not a naughty boy.

There are three inputs:
[Sign Here>], [Title], and [Date]... The signature and date are very much obvious to me... but the Title leaves me a bit confused... what are they asking for?
'Title' is not mentioned in the guide I followed: http://www.surplusrifle.com/shooting...fl03/index.asp which I discovered in a post here:-)

any help?

I believe I just used put "Individual/Collector" in the title box. Not sure though.

I took it as similar to "Position" in #9.

I believe it to be Mr.,Ms.,Dr. Honorable., Etc.
