So today at the Valley Forge Gun show I wasn't reallly intending on buying anything but then I got surrounded by pretty AR's.. So I said what the hell. After not even being given the time of day by one table I said to hell with you out loud and walked to another table selling the same gun. Heres what I came home with.. Stag Arms Model 2 w/ 3 extra poly mags for $853 OTD... Not bad if I do say myself... I gotta go get my Eotech now...

HAHA I did the exact same thing at the VF show. I had no intention of getting one, but I also got the model 2. They had an amazing deal on these guns considering that the MSRP is about 1000. How do you like the poly mags? I'm not a big fan of the mag that came with it. Now I just need to get to the range!

Haven't shot it yet... Hopefully on Friday I will... Trying to find accessories for it... Just ordered my Vortex Optics Strikefire.... Trying to find a railed handguard or one that will attach to the current plastic handguard... Gotta find someone alot more knowledgeable about them so I can figure some stuff out...

Welcome to the club. It will probably be the first of many to come. EBR Disease is vary catchy. And once you have it, it will wreck your wallet. But man is it fun...

Daniel Defense makes what they call the "Omega" rail system that is a free float system that doesn't require all the work of a regular free float rail system. It installs much like the two piece rail systems. You might look into one of those.

I have the MI two piece rail system on my 20" and I like them. I'd do a free float system if I were to do it all over again, but the MI rails work just fine for me.

You might give Larue Tactical a try for optic mounts (and other fun AR stuff). They are a little on the pricey side, but their stuff is by far the best out there and they have the best customer service I've ever encountered.

Magpul makes the best stocks and grips (my opinion, of course) for the AR platform. You might give them a look too.

BTW, something followed me home from the show as well....

I put the VLTOR weapons systems CASV-EL handguard on mine, and I love it.
This place has a lot of AR accessories.
