That's surprising. I haven't heard anything but good things about them. Beautiful facility. Competent staff. Well stocked. They obviously bring in some pretty good training talent as well. E.g., see the post just before yours. Not trying to diss your post, it is just very surprising to me. Even so, it must have been a bummer experience for you.

I would honestly probably do this. If the experience was really that bad I believe others would like to know what the hell happened. I know I'd like to know.

Don’t post it. You’ll be judged unmercifully. Contact the owner. If it’s a rogue employee and it’s rectified why trash the business. If the owner is part of the problem then go public.

I agree Gunsnwater which is why I did not post it on Yelp or Facebook.

I agree with "Gunsnwater" and "BWP_Beretta". Especially because GTC have gone through the vetting process shown in this link:

    http://www.warwick-bucks.com/wp-cont...2-Guardian.pdf

Nevertheless: @OP, your experience is your experience and that can't be dismissed. It looks as though from the above link there are a couple of contacts you can make, but as "BWP" suggested, contacting "Chris" would seem the most expeditious and respectful.

Even so, as Gunrunner said: "I'd sure like to know" what happened, especially because there is another thread here about a "suicide" reportedly happening there with respect to which no public information can be found. http://forum.pafoa.org/showthread.php?t=335303

Sure beats me, but, end of the day, no business is perfect, and I have to believe that GTC is willing to hash out with OP whatever the issue was that took place. Just my .02$

I can vouch for this. I have a pretty good idea what level typical in house range trainers operate on. The guys at GTC are all much better than I expected.

I wouldn't bother trying to speak to the owner. Hes a very hostile individual. If you go onto Guardian's FB page and look at the 1 star reviews you'll find his responses to them. He is very abrasive and doesn't show much patience for his customers. Hes very combative when it comes to negative feedback and usually will blame the customer for doing something wrong.

Holly cow. Yeah it may not be worth it. It is a great facility and I wish them all the best. Maybe I will go back one day specially for their training but for now, I will stay away.
