Re: Hunting wild hogs with a glock 22??
You can't hunt feral pigs in PA if that is what you are referring to, they are sort of protected in a weird way.
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Re: Hunting wild hogs with a glock 22??
In certain parts of the state hunting is banned due to PGC attempting live trapping, in other parts you can shoot them incidentally. In example: while lawfully hunting another lawful animal. ...which means you need to be using a legal firearm for hunting, which means legally - no.
I've seen wild pigs take 7 150gr or 170gr 30-30 slugs and keep on trucking(towards me).. ...only to be stopped 10ft from my pants crapping self by a 20ga slug broadside.RIP: SFN, 1861, twoeggsup, Lambo, jamesjo, JayBell, 32 Magnum, Pro2A, mrwildroot, dregan, Frenchy, Fragger, ungawa, Mtn Jack, Grapeshot, R.W.J., PennsyPlinker, Statkowski, Deanimator, roland, aubie515

You can't use a semi-auto handgun to hunt with.
