How long does it take Lanco to issue a LTCF?

So I have been curious for awhile and keep getting mixed answers. I know it can take up to 45 days to get it, but will it always take that long? What is the average time from when you apply to when you get it (if nothing shows up when the do a background check)? Someone said they got theirs in about a week, someone else said it took longer. I'm only curious about Lancaster county

It took me exactly a week from when i dropped off my app. to the courthouse and went down to pick it up.

I got mine in 10 days but that included 2 weekends

I dropped the appl. off on a Mon. and got the postcard with my approval the following Fri.

If I have my concealed carry permit from dauphin county am I ok living in lancaster county know or do I have to get a new one for LC.

Any help would be great I'm new to PA and I didn't have this issue in Illinois.

I got mine in less than 2 weeks.

And Scooter, as far as I know you don't need to get a new LTCF. Just when you renew you need to get it from Lancaster county.

This coming Friday will be 10 Days since I dropped it off. Hopefully I get something in the mail soon! Although our mail got lost last month one time and this month already hmmm.

Mine took about 2 weeks. I just got the postcard in the mail on Friday. SO I figured that was pretty fast considering the Holiday and all.
