Need reasonable gunsmith near NE Philadelphia

Greetings.

Anyone know of a decent Gunsmith near the Northeast Philadelphia area that works with shotguns?

I have a Remington 870 Express that I basically got for free from a friend who didn't want to get it fixed. (I think he was embarrassed that he broke it)

Specifically I need a new magazine tube installed and barrel replacement (damn thing is jammed on there).

Tim Dell is the owner/gunsmith over there, EXCELLENT work for extremely reasonable rates. It's the closest place that I can think of that does good work.
