Operation Puppy: Covert Ops
So, i have a 5 month old puppy named Casey, shes a lab and Akita. Anyways, so I'm doing a field strip of my MP 40c on my desk and well i had to go to the bathroom, it couldn't wait, it was one of those 20 minuters ha ha anyways i come back and the Don Hume IWB LEATHER. LEATHER. LEATHER. Holster is missing off my desk. my little puppy is sitting right next to my desk, with those puppy eyes, "i didn't do it dad i swear" Anyways, long story short, it took me 2 hours and 45 minutes to find my holster hiding downstairs in the couch. Anyways i thought it was pretty funny, thought i would share it with you guys, and girls.

At least it didn't end up being a very expensive 'chew toy'!

Re: Operation Puppy: Covert Ops
Good story.
One day I was watching tv in the recliner. I must have dose off. I swear it was only for a minute. I heard a noise, and woke with a start. My female saint who was about 4 months old had torn open a 2lb. bag of plant food. I found it all over the carpet, in her mouth, in my shoes. I was in a panic. Shes was barfing all over. I thought she was dieing. I contacted the poison control, and they told me the stuff was none toxic.
We took her to the vet and all that. She was fine.
These guys can really get into trouble quick.troll Free. It's all in your mind.

Re: Operation Puppy: Covert Ops
Our old dog Bubba would have had that thing chewed into tiny little holster dog treats by the time I had returned in your scenario! Our new dog Jester isn't quite as bad, but if he got it, he would not have given it back easily.
Good story!

Re: Operation Puppy: Covert Ops
I had a rottweiler a few years ago that ate one of my Galco's. About the only thing left was the retention screw. Took him maybe an hour.

Re: Operation Puppy: Covert Ops
If you think a holster is expensive, try false teeth and a puppy. Been there, done that. No, they were not in my mouth at the time.
