hunter course in lehigh cnty or monroe cyt ?

anyone know of any hunter course in lehigh cnty or monroe cyt ?am trying / wanting too get into bobcat or ground hog hunting ,,,first time hunter here just trying too get some basic answers ...i know its kinda late for bobcats but maybe for next year,also where would some good hunting spots for bobcats be maybe around sgl 141 or 205 ?
