Colt 1911 Mags

Will the colt 1911 mags work in a Kimber?

Didn't mean to be a wise guy. I am pretty sure all 1911 mags are interchangable. I have not done Kimbers, but like Wilson mags and have used them in several other brands, so I would expect them to fit any 1911.

Any 1911 mag will work in any 1911. Reliability is another question.

Wilson combat 47D's are known for their quality.

Have used 'generic', GI and 9RD EAGLE MAGS IN MY COLTS W/O TROUPLE..DOANNO ABOUT KIMBER, BUT I betcha THEY WORK. That sed, IF it goes into my carry gun I always try them out at my range b4 trusting my life w a new magazine.

I have a few CMC mags for my Cimarron. Seem to work fine.

They'll probably work better than the Kimber mags unless they have improved them as of late.

I use Colt Delta Elite mags in my 10mm Kimber.
