Consensus confirms no legal requirement in PA to update sheriff's office with change of address. Anyone know if this holds true for non-res permits issued by other states, e.g., FL, UT, AZ?

You'd need to check on a state by state basis. PA can't make rules about licenses from other states even if they wanted to.

    ETA:

    FL: https://licensing.freshfromflorida.c....aspx?TYPE=790
Section 790.06(8) requires you to notify the Division of Licensing in writing within 30 days after a change of address.
    UT: https://bci.utah.gov/concealed-firea...0new%20address.
Outlines the process, but doesn't state a "requirement" to do so

    AZ: https://www.azdps.gov/sites/default/...0Request_0.pdf
Also outlines a process, but states no "requirement" to do so.

    IANAL (in any state)
