Can two citizens meet @ a gun show, and do a hand gun transfer at the show?

Yes, you can. But you have to go to one of the other Federal Firearms Licensed dealers and do the lawful transfer and background check.

If your in your state of residency and there is a gun dealer there that will do it. Most dealers wont because they are to busy with the show and they only make a couple bucks on it.

Legally yes. But I would guess that you would have a hard time convincing a dealer to do it.

My apologies, I thought he meant to just do the transfer without an FFL.
