You can take the politician out of Chicago, but you can't take Chicago politics out of the politician...

you've gotta love the "new" politics of class-warfare, guilt by association, and wealth redistribution...
Of every one hundred men in battle, ten should not even be there. Eighty, are nothing but targets. Nine are the real fighters, we are lucky to have them since they make the battle. Ah, but the one—one is the Warrior—and he brings the others home. —Heracletus

I'd be the last one to defend Obama, but I think they're stretching it a bit on this one.

I'm going to have to side with you on this one. I've heard that expression all my life. It may haver been a thinly veiled poke at the Governor, but I don't think so.

Either way, common sense has no place in a presidential election.

Agreed. I think the connection is more of a Rorschach experiment than a parallel. But... "common sense has no place in a presidential election."

Sorry but that is typical Carl Rove politics and is a total load of shit, any one with ANY intelligence knows damn well he was talking about the issues ... more FILTHY, PATHETIC Carl Rove CRAP (and yes kids it was confirmed today Rove aka turd blossum is and has been working for the McCain campaign for some time now).

So you still think a democrat or a republican is going to 'save you'? Still think its NOT politics as usual? .... think again kids because it might as well be a repeat of Bush vs Kerry or Bush versus Gore, same filthy lies, same dirty tricks, same verbal diarrhea to make you vote for one of these peckerheads.... how about waking up and smelling the bullshit?

This one is almost as good as the video of Biden today asking a state senator in a wheel chair to stand up for the crowd. Then realized he screwed up recovered and asked the crowd to stand up for the state senator. Yep these two are a real class act.

It's a common phrase, and while it may have also been a subtle underhanded jab at Palin, you just can't nitpick every little word and make something out of it. Nothing to see here, move along.

Thank god a few people here are showing there is intelligence left on the planet and NOT blind devotion to BS talking points.
