Way out of your territory but Ridgway Rifle Club has a 1000 yard range. Dues $40. Indoor range 50', 200m range, 4 bay pistol range, 22 only range. Weekends are tough as there are so many competitive shoots....which are canceled at the moment. http://www.ridgwayrifleclub.com We are a private club and open to shooting at this time is permitted just no competitions or organized shoots. We also have limited camping facilities with hookups.

Hey you guys rock thanks i'll explore the links

I guess i coulda guessed about the liability thing. I keep thinking of what happened to that chris kyle guy. Would invited shooters be put off if im the only one permitted to have a condition one sidearm on?

I cant rightly own a range that i wouldnt want people like me to be members of🤨

Maybe allowing group access is more appropriate than folks being put in that situation with others they dont know.

I would never enter a room willingly where there is one guy with a loaded gun demanding that no-one else have one! Not even if he was the Lone Ranger!

Just keep your friends close, and your enemy's at the gate on ATVs counting rounds-per-minute and steel gongs ..

    With a spotter, it's
    "Spotter ready"
    "Shooter ready"
    "Send it"
    Bang
    "Impact"
    ding

I'll never get tired of that.
Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

The key is how long between “Impact” and ding

As a Veteran I find this very insulting.

Certainly no disrespect intended. My point i guess was that i see that theres no perfect way to guarantee everyone goes home without at least some kind of complaint about the free use of something they otherwise have to drive 100 miles and get on a waiting list for.. and my extreme suggestion can't even eliminate the possibility of it being a bad day at the range. I would be alone with the corn on one side, and those stupid little trees with the huge thorns on their trunks on the other side.. complaining to the corn that the drop chart on the sticker on the ammo box never states what scope height the data is for.

There's more than that at the base of Broad St and there's a nice target already set up.
