It's not the guns, it's the criminals.

He's a Statist/Globalist. He wants to keep the ability to legally possess a gun to the cadre of elite in which he is part. He is a classic, short guy megalomaniac. Your rights do not matter to him, and he will use bubble headed soccer mom's, aging hippie baby boomers, and clueless millennials for his own devices.

We need to drive home to our lawmakers that Bloomberg's money is all that Everytown etc has. Any illusion of widespread support is just that, an illusion. The money doesn't last long, but the 5 million members of the NRA and millions of other supporters will be around forever. We too have money through NRA and others, but it is real grassroot money vs an almost single point source. Some lawmakers actually get it.
Toomey took Bloomberg money, but how much more was funneled to McGinty? Ceasefire PA and Fast Eddie had the cluelessly reliable usual suspects making noise in front of Toomey's Philadelphia office in support of Toomey-Manchin, but they dropped him like a bad habit when the election came along. As it is, he squeaked by on Trump's coat tail, and he's still not getting exactly what that means. We need to remind our guys of that.
Getting rid of Casey has to become a huge priority. That would send a powerful message.Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

Re: Boomburg pledges $25 Mil to fight CC Reciprocity
I don't know if bloomy needs to spend his money. Even if the proposal gets past a senate filibuster, the language in the final draft would have so many caveats that the original supporters could very well withdraw.
We need a super majority in the senate to send a favorable version to the house.
