Tom Smith for Tioga County Sheriff

Born and raised in Tioga County, Tom Smith has spent his life serving our nation. First, Tom Smith served in the Marine Corps. After, starting in 1992, he worked as a correctional officer at the Tioga County Prison. Currently, he is working at the Tioga County Sheriff's Office, where has been since 2004. While at the Sheriff's Office, Tom Smith has carried the title Chief Deputy for 10 years. In addition, he has been employed at the Gaines Township, Wellsboro, Westfield, and Tioga Borough police departments. Should he be elected, Tom Smith intends to be a working sheriff for the people.

On a slightly different note I wasn't thrilled at all on both candidates being quoted by the Gazette for saying they would arrest a LTCF holder for carrying an "unregistered" handgun.

A what? I'd like to see the exact quote, but so far it don't sound good. In the end I don't think they have the power to do that anyways even if they wanted.
