    Default What did I get myself into? Dan Wesson .22 Magnum Revolver!

    I went to the Oaks gun show today. I had a list of things I was going to obtain. Strangely, I was unable to find anything on that list.

    BUT...I did run into this:




    A Dan Wesson .22 Magnum revolver. I took a picture with my Beretta 92FS just for a size comparison.

    Unfortunately, it didn't come with the factory grips, barrel tool, or any additional barrels/shrouds/parts.

    I haven't shot it yet, but I expect big things! Shouldn't kick much since the gun weighs like 3 pounds unloaded.

    Looks like I have a load of research to do now. If anybody has any relevant information, I'd love to hear it.

    If anybody has any leads on the .22 Magnum barrels/shrouds/tools/grips, please let me know! From what I can tell, with the change in ownership, parts are hard to come by. Nearly everything on CZ's website is out of stock. And no mention of the .22 Magnum is made there.

    That's what Shia Lebeuf will be carrying when he plays Dirty Harry in the remake. The .44 Magnum was deemed too manly.

    Actually as of 2016 the remake was going to star Will Smith which is slightly less offensive as Shit Lebeuf.

    One day while looking through my safe I came across a stainless DW in 22 magnum two and a half inch barrel. The thing is I do not remember buying it bringing it home or putting it into the safe.

    Now I have always liked DW's, but I have no idea when or where this one came from.
