I only added up the requests that were for more than a Million (the presentation doesn't make it easy)

128 of the 218 earmark requests were for more than 1 Million, totaling 494.65 Million.

Many of the remaining 90 earmark requests were around 500k plus or minus so to round it off I added another 45 Million (not accurate but probably close enough for conversation) so that brings the total requests to approximately $540 Million.

The scary thing is he was hardly in the Senate in 2007 while running for POTUS.
