Taurus PT 145 Magazine Suggestions.

I noticed there are two types of magazines for this pistol, promags and Taurus. Is there a difference, other than price, that effects the operation/comfort of the pt145?

Get Taurus for serious work. Get one promag for malfunction drills.

Ok got a magazine, found out there is something different between the one I have that works and the new one. The new one doesn't seat well, and has to be 'slammed' to lock into place. Was there a change in the magazines for the PT 145 between the generations?

FYI, since I got a question directly asking what happened:

I returned the magazine to Taurus, and got one that works flawlessly.

I have 3 magazines for mine. 2 Taurus amd a Promag. I use the OEM to carry but I haven't had a problem with feeding or spreading lips on my promag.

Take it for what you want...
