I'm just not the TV whore I used to be; I have other shit to worry about.

I hope that President Trump Dismantles those A**h*** Ba****** and everything they have done. They sell to Felons, make FFL dealers do Illegal things that come back to haunt them, loose machine guns, put holes in plywood doors to screw who knows what.
They are a bunch of sick bas*****.
    Get rid of them.

The guy is selling suppressor parts. Not sure how they can bust him but the law is stupid, the ATF is stupid, and he is stupid.

I have a feeling if I was selling the components for binary Sarin I would be running into the revenuers sooner or later.

So if someone has a hacksaw and a rifle or shotgun are they in the business of making SBRs or sawed off shotguns. It is a stupid idea that having the parts is the same as selling a product.

The law allows you to legally buy and assemble a suppressor from any materials you want as long as the builder files for a tax stamp. There are many DIY kits out there along with dozens of video and written instructions on the web. Once you have submitted the paper work for the suppressor you can have all the unassembled parts in your possession no different then assembling an SBR.

Everything this man sold can be purchased at any local auto parts store , Walmart, or made in your garage. No charges were filed and none have been filed since as far as I know which tells me he was doing absolutely nothing illegal and the ATF is just up to their normal bullying tactics possibly stepping them up due to the new admin.

The last time a government said "tax stamp" boxes of tea floated in the harbor.
