Rocky Run in Philadelphia

I’m going to the Rocky Run in Philly next weekend (11/11/23) as a spectator. I’ll probably be near the Museum of Art the whole time. Any issues with concealed carry there? I know Philly can be tricky sometimes. At least it was. I have a LTCF from Lancaster County.

A LTCF from any county is valid in the entire state, including Philly, outside of the prohibited areas that exist in every county, court house, post office, etc.

Additionally, sanitize your vehicle of valuable stuff before you go down. Do NOT do it when you get there.

Are you planning on escorting someone to the starting line? That may be gated off with wanding for entrance. That's how it was when my wife was running the marathon a few years back. Otherwise no issues if you're just going to be hanging around the area.
