They've never done body searches. A few years ago they added a visual inspection of bags only. The wanding started with the Covid reopening.

I was there again with the family for Boo at the Zoo, a Halloween event they have for the kids. When we were leaving, i saw a guy in a costume who voluntarily spread his legs and arms out to be searched and security did indeed wand him.
