Yes and he could start by rescinding the Obama Xorder by limiting custom work by gunsmiths without a 3K a year license enforced by the state dept.

The previous president stacked the lower courts to represent HIS VIEWS.. Why should the new president have to be subject to a completely subjective
views that are counter to his Constitutional views?

I will be holding Mr. Trump to his statements regarding the 2nd. I expect he'll deliver, but I'll be the first to scream bloody murder if he doesn't fully support it.

Ditto on "repeal and replace". As flawed as Obamacare is, simply jettisoning it without a viable alternative is not helpful. Another one on which I'll be loud and clear if promises made aren't kept.
