Always available in every county through the county Sheriff. Sometimes available online if your county has a website. Sometimes available at a county annex, perhaps where dog licenses can be purchased.

It is a LTCF (License To Carry a Firearm). You can get the application at your county Sherriff's office.

It's a License To Carry Firearms (LTCF), not a concealed carry permit.

Since you live in Allentown, you would need to go to the Lehigh County Courthouse, which is downtown, on Hamilton Boulevard. Ask where the Sheriff's Office is when you check in through the metal detector, they'll point you right to the place. Then pick up the app, and either fill it out there or take it home and bring it back. When I got my LTCF, charge was ~$21. They take your picture, then send your LTCF to you in the mail a few weeks later.

In Northampton Co. you go to the room that you would get a dog liscense, fill it out and pay for it, then you take it to the sheriffs office with the receipt.

Just be sure your dog doesn't end up with a LTCF
